Only hiccup during ordering was the credit card field didn't recognize a card number when it was first entered into the card number field. Just had to remove the number and type it in again. Other than that everything was great.

The website does have some minor loading issues, but otherwise was an enjoyable expierence. The detailing in the saber hilts is beautiful and the color of the blades looks amazing. Can't wait to have one in my own hands. Thanks for having such a cool product.

Site is easy to use. Options are informational and you have a vast variety of sabers and options to choose from.

Everything was amazing! Was hoping for better mystery sabers, all were pretty basic but can't wait for my next batch!

Easy to navigate page, great FAQ help in finding out what you want/need to make the best light saber ever! I had to order some replacement accessories, and they were delivered in record time!

This was an easy process, and the Customer Service was accommodating when I requested the my order to be delivered in time for Christmas (I had placed the order back in September).

Ordering Process is easy and Quick. Sign up for email they have really good deals like their raffle giveaways as well as Flash Sales.

UltraSabers delivered fast, before the estimated arrival date, and when I had to speak to customer service is was fast and the representative was very polite.

The mobile site is clunky but the Full website was easy to navigate and follow. The sabers were delivered quickly and the products are great quality. They are worth every penny. We let our 2 year old son play with them and they hold up to the abuse! Will definitely be buying from Ultra Sabers again!
