Update: great customer service and great products. Was fortunate enough to be a winner in the autumn extravaganza. A stand I received was broken in transit and ultrasabers were more than accomodating - sending a replacement as soon as they could. Highly recommend even for first time buyers such as myself.

The website is laid out well. I was able to get exactly what I wanted with ease. The saber is durable and looks fantastic. It shipped far more quickly than I expected. I ordered it on a Friday night and it shipped in Monday morning and it was delivered on Wednesday
The Brood Guards are great sabers. They look cool when being used and are quite the conversation piece. Everyone wants to try spinning them. They are fun and flashy.

I have to say when I opened up the box and turned the saber on for the first time, I have never been so satisfied with any purchase I've ever made. I got a Dark Initiate V4 and Prophesy V3. The quality is amazing. Honestly - I can't believe what I got for the price. I bought the heavy duty blades with ultraedge. My understanding is the heavy blades don't light up as evenly as the midgrade so I might try those next. Also, I may upgrade at some point with a soundboard. For now I fill make the sounds myself, Voom! Voom! Maybe that is more fun anyway. The buying experience and delivery time was also phenomenal and sabers were packed safely for shipping.
