This is the second time I ordered from here, and this time I ordered a Fulcrum with v4 sound and it is amazing, some of my friends I duel with were jealous of the hilt and sound. I'm probably going to order again.
I wound up buying 4 sabers total for the holidays as gifts for me and loved ones. Though I do enjoy the quality and fun they provide I thought it was very disappointing to order so many and wind up with nothing but stunt sabers.
Excellent experiences so far! Three sabers in now. A mystery box, a basic sound and now a diamond sound!

I purchased two mystery boxes from ultrasabers as a first time buyer. I was extremely happy with the product that I received as well as the prompt delivery. Ultrasabers has been great when I have reached out to them with questions or concerns.
It came in quickly, even during the holiday season and it was a great quality lightsaber.
At first there was an issue, Ultrasaber with hold my shipment due to the need of my Credit Card Authorization form to which i didn't receive. They were kind enough to explain on the reason which lead to a very nice communication between me and Michael if not mistaken from the Shipment Unit.
Delivery of item was superb fast, considering its sending from US during the month of Christmas

The package itself arrive a little late. To me was not a big deal. The product itself was nicely package, for me that really made me happy was that the blade was wonderfully made, no visible scratch or dent! No complaint to say, nice work Ultrasaber!

My son wanted an Ultrasaber with sound for Christmas, so Santa was kind enough to deliver one. The sound is truly amazing! It sounds like in the movies! This is his second saber (the first with sound) and I actually want one now as does my youngest daughter! The sound and look are truly great! I will be getting more at some point soon!
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
