Ultrasabers has the best customer service I've come across. They have high quality lightsabers that have great sound a visual effects. The speed in which they process your order and ship it out is absolutely the fastest in the market. They are very easy to get a hold of if you have an issue or question. The forum is very informative with friendly members. I have purchased 3 and plan on buying many more.

Changed rating from 3 to 4. Overall experience has been good so far. The initial lower rating was due the mobile site being somewhat difficult to navigate for first time buyers. I abandoned my phone and dug out the laptop to complete my order.

I was able to build a custom saber and it shipped very quickly. Had a few issues with the website, which could be simplified as far as the actual paying process went.
I got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and Ive never seen him more excited about a gift before. He would not put it down all weekend it was awesome :)
The hilt is way cool. I did not get the sound feature for my son and am sorry for that. For the price, I feel like it still could have come with some rudimentary sound. It's odd without it.
