I ordered a mystery box from ultrasabers. It took a while to process, about two weeks, but I couldn't be happier with what I got. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
I have been impressed in the past with this company but sadly disappointed with my last order. I placed my order Dec. 17th for a Christmas present on the website it stated still in time for delivery before Christmas. After placing the order It was stated on my order recite my order will not make it in time for Christmas. At this time I waited and waited. I sent an email asking when it will arrive with a reply of WE HAVE NO IDEA WHEN YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT OUT... I waited one more week sent a request for a refund due to lack of customer care response I stated I would like a call to figure out the problem, no call was given... With in 24 hrs. My order was sent. I finally received my order January 13th. Still no customer care call. Sadly disappointed in customer care

I bought two sabers for my boyfriend's sons, who are 14 and 11, for Christmas. They couldn't believe how cool they were! They've used them nonstop since. They are beautifully made and very durable. I'm glad I paid the little bit extra for more durable blades. Now my BF wants one as well as my daughters. Guess I'll have to make another purchase soon.
Ordered the Renegade LE. Really fantastic product! The sound and response to motion is very crisp. Color is a great bright red! This is a very large saber which was stated in the write up. It met everything I was looking for in a cross-gaurd! Only issue I have is deciding which one I want to order next!

Ultrasabers delivered with expedience (just under the 2-week lead time they state before ordering.) Delivery arrived with contents securely packaged and in excellent condition. Their products are remarkable and did not fail to impress. I find nothing but excellence in this company and their products.
Ordered the saber as a Christmas gift for my son about a week before Christmas, and was given the option to guarantee it arriving before Christmas, but the cost was outrageous. I chose the next option down, which was half the cost, but stated it didn't guarantee the saber before Christmas. We were going out of town a few days before Christmas, so I wasn't concerned. I figured we'd get it a couple of days after Christmas, no big deal. However, we didn't receive the saber for almost 2 weeks after Christmas. I understand manufacturing times, but how can you guarantee an item before Christmas and the next shipping option down take that much longer?
I will order another saber, but now I know, if I want it on time, order excessively early.
Son loves the saber! He's had the cheap ones from the toy store. This is such high quality! It's like the real thing. It's so bright! We bought the stand also so he is taking great care of it.
