Great company to deal with!

I paid for express shipping and didn't get it.

Excellent prices for high quality products. Fast shipping and excellent customer service. If you are in the market for a combat ready sabers I would highly recommend Ultrasabers. Their sabers offer a lot in variety of style, options to suit every budget, and most importantly, durability.

The shipping box was basically ripped in half when I received the package. For the most part I am happy with the light sabers but the lens for the led on the main light saber I got disconnected from what appears to be hot glue.

My sister plans on using the saber at her wedding. She loves it. The wrong color bulb was ordered and the service desk was a great help in getting the right color bulb delivered after the fact.

The saber was beautiful and everything was as I had chosen. And I made for a good friend and she was speechless. Thank you

I have been shopping with ultrasabers for years, and I can say they are very great. I have two sabers already and almost 3. I recommend these sabers, they are sturdy and durable.

Love the website and the selection of sabers! Y'all need to start sending battery chargers tho

For orders that were placed around the holidays, I was happy with how fast I received them as well as how well the packaging was taken care of.

I ordered a replacement button to fix my brother-in-law's saber. Ordering was easy, shipping was relatively quick, and installation was a breeze. Ultrasabers is a pleasure to do business with.

The saber itself was amazing and great quality, wrapped well and arrived safely. However, it took more than 10 business days to fabricate and ship, and customer service never responded to my email. But I appreciated that I had to sign for the package because it couldn't be stolen off my porch.

Very happy both of my ultrasabers feel solid, no tacky plastic, very durable will get another would like to upgrade to a diamond control, but as my knowledge of computers is limited will wait to see if they can make it less complicated!

It would be nice to be able to modify orders after selections are made but before the order is placed.

It was easy. I just wish the prices where not so high or I would have got sound with it i got this for my son who was in Iraq now he is home for good.I don't think it should have taken a month to get after you order it.

It arrived before Christmas in extremely amazing quality! My dad loved it and made him feel like a little kid again! He loves that he has the ability to upgrade it over time and continues to be his favorite Christmas gift this year!
