Everythig was great except a minor thing was wrong about my order. I ordered the flash on clash to be green but it was white. Not worth sending back in my opinion. Overall the saber was really nice
Ultrasabers.com make a quality product that feels like the real deal should when in your hands. The hilt is so well-crafted and has such a realistic feel and weight! And the blade is heavy-duty and very sturdy, and diffuses the LED light very well. It is the coolest "toy" I own, and is an amazing and usable piece of memorabilia. Can't wait to get a second one!

The website needs a major update. Many product descriptions are incomplete and outdated, and there is no consistency in the product details.
Order Status is nearly non-existant. It's either "Processing" or "Shipped", with nothing in-between. That leaves many buyers with questions about their orders - questions that could be answered with better Order Status details.

I purchased archon v3 and mistery box.
Archon v3 is good quality, but the blade is a little bit wobbly due to the short blade holder length. There should be an option of emitter extension to hold the blade.
I got Dark Apprentice LE v4 by mistery box, and I think it does not worth beyond 75$.
However, I am satisfied with this saber.
Overall, they provide sabers with good quality, but there seems to be something improvable.

The product is fantastic. I got a mystery box which was a liberator v2 in silver. I realize it was the holiday season and the new star wars movie just came out but the build time was 13 days and then another 6 days before it got to me was excruciating. Overall I am happy with what I got.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
