Customer service was great i placed my order in hopes of recieving it before christmas, however i didnt recieve until after new years. I wish the hilt was seperable into a full breakdown of individual parts for future modifications, like saberforges product line but its just a long tube with an end cap, im making changes already.
Do not order anything with the "malice round pommel". That part has sharp edges that can, and will, cut you. It got me really good right in 3 different spots on my hand.
Took a pretty long time to ship, but I had chosen quite a few of the extra options, so I understand that takes time to make.
Other than those two complaints, I'm very happy with my saber (Phantom V4/dominix). Very surprised how bright it was, even with heavy grade blades, and how long the battery life was.
The lightsabers that I purchased were everything I had hoped for and more. It is easy for one to feel the high quality materials/weight of the saber and know that they made the right choice. Not only do the sabers look amazing but they have also held up during all of my duels. I will definitely be back to purchase another saber.
I love everything about my diamond saber! I ordered during the holiday season so of course it took a little while, but extremely worth waiting for. Will definitely be ordering again!
The saber is high quality, and arrived quickly. The website is a bit of a jumble, but aside from that, very satisfied.
The only "con" is I think my wife is getting tired of how much I play with this thing. Responsive folks and really fun product.
Ordered a couple of mystery boxes and was super pleased with what arrived. Recieved the Dark Apprentice V4 the Adegan Silver blade and the Dark Sentinel LE V4 with a Consular Green blade. Will definitely order from Ultrasabers again
The lightsaber was made with quality material and even the lowest grade soundbox was worth it, it sounds accurate and corresponds perfectly with the movement of the saber! Great for the price as well, my fiance loves it!
My only complaint is that the free hilt insert that came with it doesn't fit into the saber. But hey, since it's free I can't really complain about the product I actually paid for.

A special shout out to Marlena in Customer services who was totally brilliant and save our Xmas with her support in getting our delivery to the UK before the 25th of December. My only concern was that my Saber came to me damaged, the covertec wheel was not attached and I spent 500 Australian dollars on this Saber and it's broken,
I will have to spend even more money to get it fixed,
All in all, Ultrasabers make awesome products but it's a shame that mine came damaged
Great service. Quality product
Overall this company is amazing at customer service. I accidentally forgot a coupon and emailed them two days later about it. I was lucky and they were able to adjust/add the coupon onto my order. They were very nice and I think two days to reply to an email was pretty good since it was during Christmas. The shipping was VERY fast for me since I live in Canada and didn't expect the package for another 4 days but it arrived in only two days. SO FAST.
The product is built well and my boyfriend said it was well made. Other than smashing it into other light sabers from ultra saber and occasionally using the light saber to poke people, our products are still doing well and it didn't break. I have to be honest, it has only been one month and I am currently happy with the purchase.
Customer service was prompt and the products are awesome! Even considering the craziness of holidays and the added commotion from the recent movie release, wait time wasn't unreasonable and I was kept informed. Certainly recommend Ultrasabers to anyone showing interest in the hobby.
