It's a excellent saber 5 out of 5.
I ordered it 3 weeks before Xmas. They stated a 3-7 working day turnaround. I contacted them 14 days later having not had a shipping notification. I was told that due to the release of episode 8 they were very busy. They told me to pay an extra $20 on top of the $50 that I had already paid for a express delivery service to the UK. It didn't arrive in time for Xmas having paid the extra amount. What annoyed me was the fact that a week before Xmas they still advertised a guaranteed Xmas delivery, and that I had to pay a premium because they are so busy. If you advertise a service, you stand by it, and don't charge the customer more just because you are busy. I run a business. If I couldn't provide a service that I was advertising, I certainly wouldn't dare ask my client for more, and still not provide the service.
Fine craftsman's ship. Awful delivery times, terrible reply to emails. You guys shouldn't just put the information on forums that run deep and hide much information. Instead you should make proper intructions or videos. Everything comes with instructions, why don't your lightsabers? Saying it is all online through forums is lazy. I worked hard to buy this lightsaber i shouldn't have to work harder and go online to know how it works so that my son knows how to use it.

The folks at Ultrasabers were very helpful locating the replacement part I was looking for even though the part was not listed on the site. All I had to do is take a picture of where the part was on the saber and they took it from there. I would recommend Ultrasabers to anyone looking for a quality saber.
Everything came and love the saber but two weeks just to get my order ready seem kind of ridiculous. Bottom line you are looking close to a month from purchase time till delivery and thats just absurd in 2018
My son loved it but was sad that there was no sound. A light saber needs sound. Not bad for the price that I paid.
At the time of writing I received my Ultrasaber about an hour ago and I haven't put it down once. I chose grab bag and was not dissapointed. I received a dark apprentice LE v4 with a guardian blue blade and it is truly a beautiful piece of hardware. Even with the heave grade blade it is one of the lightest props I've ever owned. The hilt and the blade are elegant and I can move the blade around with fluid motion and complete ease. The blue glow of the saber and the craftsmanship of the blade have left me speechless. Though it took a while longer than expected to get here (due to high demand) it was well worth the wait. If I ever need another lightsaber, I know who ill be buying from for sure!
It took me a solid month to receive my saber. This is the third one ordered and I've never had to wait so long to receive it, or even for it to ship. After it shipped, I received it in 4 days.
I love it. It holds up well and has an amazing look. It holds up well in use and even been dropped and holds up. Couldn't find better for the price.

Everything was great. It just took a little long to arrive.
I own total of 10 sabers. They are all extremely bright, very durable and the attention to detail is amazing. Every purchase I've made has always been delivered to my doorstep in 5 business days, no exceptions. My last and largest purchase however was wrong and the communication wasn't what i was expecting from Ultrasabers. Good job on the product, but customer servise should be addressed.
