Very easy to navigate and find just what i was looking for,
I received stunt Dark Apprentice LE v4 Blazing Red stunt saber in my Mystery Box. I'm disappointed in how cunning this site is with what they place worth on. Wasn't thrilled about how they said you'd get a saber worth $75 or more. The hilt I received was $64.99. The mystery box blade comes standard at 36"; but what they didn't say is the 36" blade worth ~$15 if you start with a basic stunt saber). Deceiving marketing. It was "meh" of a product so I will only be recommending it to others that can't afford a really nice saber. Also Shipping was extremely slow, received it almost a month after I ordered it.
That aside the saber was built for this price range with a basic switch and 3AAA battery pack. Simple design features and still lights up like a lightsaber. I like the brilliant and brightness color is gives off. I will however say that this experience has led me to other avenues in building my own lightsaber with better inner components.
I'm very happy with my saber
Ok ok so the saber Is obviously a 10/10 but what I wanted to talk about was the customer service. A day after I received my saber I mused have damaged the battery pack by shaking it out of the hilt (to take it out and add custom fonts). Anywho, I sent texted there email since that is the fastest way to contact them and got a response the same day! They helped me ship it out but i forgot to add one very important thing to the mail but they still managed to find me and get my saber back to me fixed! 5 stars! The customer service is excellent.
My friend and I both ordered lightsaber grab bags and Im still waiting, the package says it was delivered but I didnt receive it. So I think that fed ex may have messed or my neighbors are thieves.
The product arrived a week late since there was a delay in stock checking. It happened that they ran out of the model we ordered, which they eventually contact us to give us option of choosing other model or wait for stock to come in. All is fine, except it took longer than expected for the team to contact us.
Additionally, the color disc doesnot work on our blue and red saber.
I bought my fiance a saber for christmas. He loves it.
The site is VERY easy to go through, it's pretty hard to get lost. The only con I have is that it takes a bit of time to ship and what not, but once what you bought gets to your place, you loose track of time because your more focused on what you got instead of what your supposed to be doing.

Got a pair of the deluxe blade plugs and I am very pleased with the product. Not only do they look amazing when placed in the hilt, they make a mesmerizing pattern with the light when turned on. Will definitely be back for more purchases.
You website is very easy to use, especially given how many options there are for creating sabers. We've ordered a saber for a friend before, so hopefully this one is just as great ;)
Excellent products.
Extremely happy with this product. Purchased this for our son and he loves it. The craftsmanship is excellent, the colour is very vibrant. Our son is already talking about getting another one. We went with a lower end model for our purchase, now seeing the quality product we get for the money, can't wait to see a higher end model.
I am happy with the $200 mystery box blade that I received, however the $75 mystery box saber I received was somewhat disappointing as the value appears to be less than the price which was paid for it. I may be interested in purchasing additional mystery box sabers from your business in the future, but not if the product saber is not guaranteed to be of equal or greater value as the promotion stated it would be.

We ordered a mystery box and received a good quality product. If you like a specific color however it is better to order a specific one in your price range as the likelihood of getting a higher price saber is low. You will not be disappointed.
Saber arrived quickly (in time for Christmas!) and was in perfect condition. Absolutely beautiful sabers.
