The quality and the product itself is great! The only problem I had was the response time to emails sent, taking several days for a reply.
Got it for my husband birthday. He has always wanted one. Excellent sound effect. Was shipped very fast. He loves it. Great buy.
While it did take a long time to arrive I am very proud of my purchase. I can't wait duel with it and take it to different conventions.

Just received it about an hour ago, im pleased with it, although it took 3 weeks longer to get to me than i anticipated based on estimates from the website, and i had to email twice to get a response. However, that dies not change the quality of the saber itself. My next test is to duel with it.
My order arrived right on time and my saber was excellent! Was not disappointed and I will more than likely be buying from them again down the line.
Very Impressed with the quality of the saber. Arrived in great shape and no lack in quality. The Customer service was very nice and answered all my questions on shipping and times. Only reason for not giving a 5 star review is due to the processing time. Understandably it took longer due to the holiday season, but I was quoted 6-10 days for processing on purchase date and it ended up taking 14. Great Company and great experience. Will be purchasing again soon!
Love the saber, first saber for me and it's awesome. My one complaint is the shipping, but the holidays are to blame for that

It was overall good except the coupler you cant connect symetrically and some metal shedded off of it when taking it back apart
I got a mystery box saber, it took longer than expected to arrive probably around 17 days or so, however once it arrived it did not even matter anymore the sabers are really well made and damn... better than they look online i cant wait to get more! Deffo worth
Ive been waiting for my order and/or a tracking number since December 24th, 2017. I give Ultrasaber the benefit of the doubt, that I ordered it the day before Christmas. A busy time of the year.
I hoped to have an order number before or within the start of the New Year. I tried calling and emailing and received no response. I wasn't contacted until customer service realized something was wrong with the order.
On January 18th I received a message from Marlena- Ultrasabers Customer Service stating "Your order was brought to my attention because we are 100% out of the Initiate V3 hilts that makes up the Phantasm Initiate V3" "we estimate the Initiate V3 hilts to return to stock in 8-10 weeks approximately".
Marlena did offer me other saber options and help problem solve my order.
I modified my order to a similar looking saber. Marlena was very helpful and responded fast and answered all my questions.
It has been a month since I ordered my saber and I am just receiving it today.
I appreciate Marlena help once customer service finally reached out, but was unhappy with how long it took to receive my order
Got the Saber today, took quite a while before it was shipped (more than a month for a Saber without sound) but it arrived in great condition and it looks awesome
It is exactly what I ordered! Out of the box it is beautiful and working as intended. The only issue I have it that the battery packs shifts around in the handle slightly.
I have sent an email that after only 3 days the light portion of the blade stopped working and I can't seem to get anyone to respond back. We will be wanting a full refund if someone doesn't reach out to us to see if we can solve this
My first experience with ultrasabers was overall very positive. They were very backed up from the holidays, literally hundreds of thousands of orders, so it took longer than usual to get my saber in. However, I sent two emails expressing my concern and they responded very quickly, usually within less than a day, and reassured me that my order would be fulfilled and taken care of but due to the backlog the processing time had been increased. I own two of their sabers and enjoy both of them, well worth the money. All theyre missing is a retention screw for their LED and a chassis for their batteries and sound boards. Other than that, these sabers are awesome. Durable well made hilts, strong blades, bright LEDs. I have very little to complain about.
Delivery arrived a month late.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
Answer: We live in the same state and can't even get them to ship us ours. Its been 4mo with no luck
