Slow getting it to me, didn't expect it to take so long. But I did order right before Christmas so it was understandable. Customer service was great and kept me posted when I asked when they expected my order to ship, would have been nice to have those updates without having to ask for them though.
Very User Friendly with lots of explanation and videos to explain each part of the ordering process!
It took a little longer than I thought to get my lightsaber but that was mostly because they were backed up with some many orders because of the holidays. When I did receive my lightsaber, it looks and feels great. Excellent quality especially for a $75 mystery box!
It's great! And I understand it takes time to make, just wish that when duelling it would be a little more durable screws.

Backorder on shipping was a ways out... So that took a while. Then in addition to that, USPS had a delay in delivery. Besides how long it took the product to get here, I am pleased with the actual product itself.
Fantastic quality cant use any other word but fantastic, really good quality but I think the battery pack could be improved by springs on both sides of the batteries so the hilt doesn't reset after the blade is hit to hard, but fantastic.

I love my new saber so much That I ordered a Mystery Box and one other custom Saber... Kudos to Ultrasabers... And yes it took awhile to ship, but well worth the wait. I know their trying to catch up from all the orders they have received sense the movie came out and Christmas orders.
Like I said, the quality is amazing, it's just it took about almost a month to ship. Other than that the saber is a okay

A little remark though (editing a saber already put in cart to change an option required to setup all options again?).
Also saved saber in whislist are not keeping customisation choices (lost of time, and sometimes you can't remember the choices you did when loooking at it a few days or more later)

My unhappiness is more related to the mystery box system itself. I bought a mystery saber with guaranteed sound. I recieved a Sentinel LE v4 with Obsidian Lite Sound, red color, with the options of a heavy grade blade, and a silver flash. A price of 219 dollars which is more than enough value for something from a grab bag. The bottom line with me is that I gambled, and I lost. The saber hilt itself will require a little bit of work as it had a few surface scatches visible in the light. Second the style of saber itself and the color selected was very undesired. The combination of Silver and Gold does not fit well in my eyes. With the options I was dealt, this saber is really going to be limited purely as a display saber till I decide (If I decide) to upgrade the internals.
This all being said... My rating for this particular buy is 2/5. Which to me feels like a shame. This is actually my second saber purchase. I bought one before during dragoncon 2016, Something I spent plenty of money on to get the upgraded sound and emerald driver. To those interested in buying a saber, unless you really like the notion of gambling, or love to be surprised, do NOT get a mystery saber. Option your saber out, get something that you know you're going to enjoy.
The Problem was that when I ordered the lead time was 2-3 days. In the end it took 12 days to fabricate and 4 to ship.
The extremely fast shipping from the USA to Germany surprised me however

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
