My son loves his Electrum Wind saber: standard saber with premium sound (V4 soundboard) with recharge port and 1.2A fast charger. Customer service is outstanding! The only negative is the hilt is a little rough on the hands, even when just shadow dueling. You need to wear gloves unless you want to tear up your hands.
I FINALLY RECIEVED MY SABER MUHAHAHAHAHAHHA now I can show my stance in the force... that being said, I'm very happy with what I received, it being my first saber. Ultrasabers customer services was great, keeping me posted whenever I asked about status of my saber. Great are to be learned from my expirence, 1... NEVER buy before a star wars movie if you need it quick, TWO good luck getting it during the holidays haha, and three you should really put a lot of thought behind buying these sabers, do research then pick the best options that suit you. I Strongly recommend double sabers, its like a two and one and the BEST THING EVER. I'm very happy with everything, also a side note, if you're training outside and don't want scratches use over grass. This will definitely not be my last purchase.
Order took way longer than estimated time due to heavy amount of orders. It would have been okay if they would have emailed me right away to explain what the situation was, otherwise all good

I have purchased two different sabers for my son from Ultrasabers and they appear to be much more detailed than replicas his friends have from other suppliers.

The mystery box was the perfect thing to get for a fist time buy and after getting the Saber I wanted to buy another one.

After waiting 1 month after I placed the order, I was greeted with the wrong coupler for my Phantom v2. But, the online configurator only had an option for the "standard coupler" which only works for MHS compatible hilts! I really hope Ultrasabers fixes this issue, because right now I can't even couple my sabers...
High quality sabers as promised. Although after a week of using my ultrasaber, one of the speaker wires popped off and the speaker no longer makes sound. I have sent an email and called multiple times to see if I can discover how to fix it, but your customer service is terrible.

The saber was nice and I got my money's worth, but the processing and shipping took FOREVER. I understand it was a busy time due to the movie just coming out, but I think unless I have emailed and asked them what was the issue I may not have known when I was to receive my saber. The customer service was good, but difficult to reach. I called at least 6 times at different times, and I could not reach them.

Good customer service arrived a little late but was informed of this, being due to Christmas orders fair delivery cost for international shipping, and didn't take very long considering usa to England
