Ordering was easy and very customisable. Time from order to delivery was very good. Sabers were packaged securely. Both sabers worked right out of the box and we're spectacular. They were ordered as Christmas gifts, and both are well loved by there new owners.

My son ordered his saber on 12/26/17. I contacted customer service multiple times and did not receive a response. We finally just received our order this past week. My son loves the product, but the customer service needs to improve.

With the holiday rush, I am not surprised that it took this long for the sabers to arrive. Couple that with the general ineffectiveness of USPS, and we get MASSIVE delays. I will be using Fed EX from now on.
Took 3-4 weeks to arrive. Blue blade looks good. Orange is dimmer than I would like.

My saber is about 2 weeks late and I ordered on the 28th of last month and Im pretty annoyed its is very annoying to ask where it is and then a robot responds to give them 10 day leeway but its been almost a month
It took way longer to get the product I ordered. I inderstand it was holiday season but a month for something that was supposed to take a couple days is pretty slow

THE best company to get combat sabers from. I got mine in 7 days, and even though it took nearly a month to begin shipping, I give the company props because of the Last Jedi release and Christmas time. Customer service took less than 2 days to respond and was very helpful.
The sabers look AMAZING! The color is perfect and the sound is awesome. My only complaint is that I cant figure out how connect my diamond driver to my computer. Overall A++

Once you get the email that says your order has been processed, it is simply a matter of waiting for the best sabers experience ever. The mystery box I got was amazing, and I am overly satisfied with it. Processing could be quicker though, but there was the flood of orders from The Last Jedi, so I have to give them that. Amazing quality.
