Took way too long for someone to get back with me on my overall inquiry on how long it takes to ship and be delivered. Shipping was so due to a delay in the shipping but am very pleased with the products! My man was very happy to get them for his birthday!

My order took a bit to process, but that was to be expected after christmas and it was still in the two weeks advertised. The Quality of the sabers is very good and once sent it was delivered quickly. Overall a good customer experience.

After a horribly disappointment with an order from a Chinese based website i found ultrasabers, almost by mistake.
My order was processed on time as advertised, the lightsaber itself is a work of art and i am very very satisfied with it.
The company can absolutely expect repeat business from me.
I received an initiate V3 or V4 I can't remember with a light blue blade color combination of green and blue. It was decent. The hilt itself is very well built.
They delivered very quick, happy with the product I received. They got back to me when I had some questions about my order and were more than happy to help
I ordered my Saber on December 28 and received it on January 17th. It says please allow 6-14 days for processing, plus I had priority shipping, as well at it being the holiday seasons, so I feel that good about that

This was my giving US a second chance i ordered from them about t10 years ago when they still made sabers out of pvc. That order was delayed nearly a month with no word form the company and when i contacted them i was chewed out by the owner demanding i be nicer to them despite they failed to uphold their written delivery time frame. Once again my order was late nearly a month before it even shipped and then it arrived with no retention screw. I am torn because they do produce good products but their service is incredibly sub-par. If you cant keep your word and deliver a product as advertised then you need to change your policies or start offering your customers discounts for your delay. There is one saber i would like to get but i dont know if i will buy it i cant really support a company that after 10 years still cant get the basics of customer service down.
Well they sort of forgor my order and i had to swnd an email but after that it took 3 days and i had it at home so still really good

I ordered a Mystery Box on the 28th of December of December. It arrived on the 24th of January. I received a Dark Standard Issue V3 Battle Saber with an Orange Blade.
The first thing that became apparent is that my saber was missing it's pommel. I have sent an email to the Ultrasabers info team explaining the problem. 3 days have passed since I sent that email and I haven't received a reply.
My initial disappointment at receiving a Dark Standard Issue V3 has faded and the saber is growing on me. It's appearance is basic but elegant in its simplicity. Apart from the aforementioned missing pommel, the saber appears to be well made.
Edit: It's been almost 2 months since I ordered my Saber and a month since I received it. It took Ultrasabers far longer than is acceptable to get back to me about the missing pommel.
When they did, I was told it would be shipped out as a priority. It's been 4 days since it shipped out from Ultrasabers and it still hasn't left the USA. By comparison, my Saber arrived in the UK only 2 days after being shipped out.
I won't ever have any dealings Ultrasabers again and I'd advise anyone who asks not to either.
This saber is absolutely incredible! It is everything I thought it would be and more. I could not be happier with my purchase or the customer service. Both are excellent! UltraSabers rocks! Im already thinking about what my next saber will be.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
