Very reasonably priced and over all very high quality
I was initially concerned with the unusually long turn around time, but John for customer service informed me of the situation and gave me an update. The following Friday the order shipped and the next Monday it arrived at around noon. As for the saber itself, I'm pleased with it. The sound is loud and authentic, and it functions as described. Its the dark sentinel V4 model and the only thing about it that strikes me as unusual is the length. The hilt is long for someone who has small hands like myself. Its not a bad thing but its something to be mindful of if you intend to swing it one handed. It does make a great two handed longsword style saber with a 36 in blade that's easy to handle. Overall, its a great product and I recommend it.

Took well over a month after ordering to receive. Had to email a number of times to get info on saber I had ordered. Product was excellent but if you can't get your order in a timely fashion this is definitely a problem.
Only thing i didnt like was how long it took to ship, but understand with all the circumstamces why it got delayed. Product is awesome though and was worth the wait. Thanks so much!

It came in a little late, but it was christmas+a custom order. They sent an email explaining it would be a little late, really happy they gave me a quick email explaining that. Great product though, plan on buying from them again. I do wish there coul be a picture next to each blade type, or at least a comparision so I make sure I could get excactly what wanted. Still good a good product, just cant go quite as hard as my friends.
The lightsaber is magnificent, Im soooo happy with my order and the shipping was really fast! The only complaint I would have is that when the lightsaber arrived in the U. K. I was charged an extra £20 for tax. Im pretty certain this has nothing to do with the company though and its just the way the U. K. is with parcels from other places. Im very glad I ordered from ultrasabers and would buy again :)
There was a delay in shipping of the product, which I completely understand since I placed my order right at the end of December, when the new movie hype was pretty high. When the saber shipped, it arrived on time, and I'm satisfied with my order. It's quite likely I'll return for more sabers someday.
The website itself is a little confusing at times to order from. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience and a clean transaction. Not much more to be said.
