Placed order on the 1st Jan, we got the product on the 1st Feb. The website advised that 8-14 days, when pass that time emailed support and advised that they were swapped and orders taken longer. If they could have only set the expectation at the ordering stage that orders might take longer or get an email advising this I would have been more understanding. Otherwise apart from that, order took three days to New Zealand (Very impressed with Fedex and Ultrasabers). Item is well built and daughter is very happy.

Be real in your expectations...
I am happy with my ultrasabers. I bought two $75 mystery boxes. I got a couple of fairly basic models with 1 upgrade each, and thats fine. If you look at the competition, there really isnt anything in this price range at this quality. And you cant make a comparable saber for that price yourself. This is your best option. And ultrasabers has tons of choices from economy to super deluxe.
I put my order in on news years day, shortly after the last movie came out, and it took 30 days to get my order. Thats fine. And also faster than any of the competition btw (I looked at the competition because I was impatient). Most other companies were quoting 6 weeks. So good job ultrasabers.
Its not fair to criticize them for having a spike in business, that happens.
And they answered all my e-mails within 48 hours, that was great, especially with the increase in business.

In US defense when I placed my order it was Dec. 29th, right after Christmas. The real problem I had was when I went to their forums to question other buyers on the time frame they were getting, my topic was erased and I was told that if I had any issues I should just email them instead of complaining about US on the forums. The issue I had was there was never any complaining done on my forum post by myself or any other person posting. US deleted my forum post simply because they didn't want their customers talking to each other about when they made their purchase and if it had shipped or not. I found this to be very telling to the desire of US to keep their customers in the dark about shipping time frames. So, in all one star was deducted for the very long ship time when at the time I purchased they were giving a 6 to 10 day lead time. The second star was deducted for the deliberate desire to cover up the true lead time from the US customer. In closing, I will most likely give US another chance at a later date as the quality of their sabers is superb. Maybe they were just having a bad month.
