The Dark Menace looks awesome. Feel good in the hand. Looks good on my wall with my other sabers (the star of them though). Wish I could include a photo.

Eh. Not the best
It took too long. There was too little communication. However, the actual lightsaber was great. If you have 4-7 weeks to wait, it is fine.
Ultrasaber. Where can I start. The saber is perfect, it actually exceeded my hopes for it! The customer service is also an A+. Shipping stayed in the date-estimation. If I ever find myself needing another lightsaber, it's going to be from ultrasabers again.
I purchased a Sentinel with the obsidian lite soundboard, Sunrider's Destiny LED arrangement, and ultraedge medium blade. The look and feel of the saber are excellent and the brightness of the color is exceptional. I have no complaints about the product itself.
There was, however, an extraordinary rigmarole in actually getting my hands on this thing. Processing and fabrication lead time was stated as 8-14 business days at the time of purchase, but ended up running 16 business days. The USPS delivery also ran two days late.
These sorts of inefficiencies are to be expected. However, due to the fact that UltraSabers requests signature service on their lightsabers, it took me an additional two days to receive my item. This is in part due to the local post office having inconvenient hours, but if my package could have just sat at my door for 20 minutes unsupervised (as many packages have before), I would have been able to arrive home and have it in hand without getting the run-around.
Great sword. Annoying shipping policy. Also, Obsidian Lite sound sucks. Sounds no better than the telescoping toy sabers at Wal-Mart, but probably twice as loud. I cut the speaker wires within hours of opening it. Flash-on-clash effects are still intact, however, and they're great.
If you order from UltraSabers, you will get it, and it will be good, but it will take a while.
They were a bit slow repling to my inquiries but they said this was due to an abnormally large amount of orders because of the last jedi releasing and christmas time, but once they did contact me everything worked out
I wanted to change the blade and tip of my saber after I had already put the order in and I emailed ultra sabers and they were very helpful and very quick with a email back and very quick with changing my order
I was not pleased that I actually had to email them to find it out exactly if my order was even processed at all after 15 days because I was told it would take 8-14 days for an order to be processed. Even after 21 days I had emailed again to see if it was processed at all. In the future, during busy seasons they just need to be proactive and email customers or advertise on their site alerting any delays on their products to be shipped.
Definitely happy with the products but don't like an estimated time of arrival of a delivery off by 1-2 weeks.

High quality hilts. I ordered 2 of the mystery box. Not worth it. VERY basic stuff. I wish they had a mystery box in the 300 dollar range. Just to get more variety.
I was not informed of a delayed processing time and made several attempts to contact the company. I did finally receive a response and my order was only 3 to 5 days past expected delivery date.
The lightsaber was amazing, but the order was very late according to the delivery date on their website.

Overall I am very pleased with my order of a brood guard saber.
Minor complaints with a slight rattle when spinning, but a little foam in the battery compartment fixed that. Color quality and led brightness is on point. Slight scratch in the hilt in two places, but overall exactly as expected in quality.
Great experience and communication on order status. A little waiting involved but well worth the wait for the product and quality you are getting. Can't rush that.
For over two week my package said processing on Ultrasabers website and after it was sent it did not arrive on expected date. The saber was nicely made but took a month and three days to arrive.
Their sabers are great quality for their price point and can take a beating. I will buy more in the future from them. Only constructive criticism is their communication, needs improvement. Overall though, I'm very happy with the purchase.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
