Ordered 2 mystery boxes on January 3rd. It was a long wait, but understandable due to a large volume of orders being placed around the holiday season as well as the recent release of the latest Star Wars film. They arrived on February 7th and I was quite pleased with both sabers. I received a Dark Initiate v3 in addition to a Scorpion with an Emerald driver and premium sound! I feel that my wait was well worth the initial investment. The Dark Initiate came in Guardian Blue and my Scorpion was set to Sentinel Yellow. I have no complaints about what I received. I would definitely purchase from them again once things slow down.
NEVER AGAIN
Order took nearly a month to receive, product didn't even ship until I emailed the company asking where my product is. Then my delivery was delayed 3 Days. Finally I get the saber and after all my trouble I'm completely disappointed by what I received. I ordered a mystery gift for 75 dollars and received a 60 dollar stun saber with no sound, which I can't complain about because I gambled for my choice but I was given the option to pick my color. I asked for a blue light saber and got an orange one which only leads me to believe this company didn't care about me or my order in the slightest and I will never be ordering another Ultrasaber.

Glad i got it, really long and smooth, i like the lights and hoe the grip feels, sad i got a stunt saber, also it took 1 month to process, so that lowers my rate
I was under the assumption that the blade tip would screw in. This was not the case. It has a smooth surface that just has to be glued in. The blade tip that came with the saber had grooves so I had no reason to believe this one would be any different but alas, I was wrong.

I bought the Ultra Sabers mystery box January 7th. By the 12th had seen someone post a video to YouTube opening and reviewing. This made me excited as I figured mine would be in soon. Day 15, no shipping email, so I emailed the company as I had heard they'd respond within 2-3 days. No email came in that time, so I then started looking to see if they posted anything on Facebook or Twitter explaining the delay, nothing. I went all the way back to November before the movie release to see if they said anything about the issue. Having found nothing on Facebook or Twitter I then went and searched their forums. There it was a post, rather recent it looked like too. There was about three pages and about halfway down the first page I finally see what I was looking for... They were held up cause of a rush of people ordering due to the movie release and holidays. A week after I sent the email I finally get a response and am told that my order should be shipped with in a day or two. About thirty minutes later there is a second email saying my order has shipped. That was Monday, February 5th. Today is now the 8th and I have the saber. I'd like to see Ultra Sabers make better use of social media to tell us when things are backed up so that we know to expect a longer than usual processing speed.
Fantastic lightsaber I got from the 75$ mystery box. It was actually exactly what I wanted which was amazing. Only downside was it took a little longer than the projected dates on the website. Other that no complaints. Definitely going to be a returning customer
Due to the Christmas holiday and The Last Jedi being in theaters, Ultrasabers was hit with a massive amount of orders. With my sabers in hand, I can honestly say it was worth the wait. Their product is fantastic.

Took awhile to get, but well worth it.
After doing some digging around online at other saber makers I settled with Ultrasabers because I already owned three and was very happy with them so why take a chance? I ordered the grab bag not knowing what I was going to get although I hoped it wasn't going to be blue as I owned two already but let it up to chance. My package was delayed, at no fault of Ultrasabers, and arrived today. After opening it up and seeing a blue indicator button I'll admit my heart sank abit but after turning it on and seeing a beautiful light blue I was very happy. While I did get another blue, its a different color and add variation to my sabers. My only gripe is that the blade is already damaged from the retention screw. Not a big problem but just noting it. Thank you Ultrasabers crew for another wonderful saber to duel with.
Although this is my first order, it is not my first Ultrasaber. So far, I have nothing but good words for them. Speedy processing and shipping, great quality sabers, and really good customer service. I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future
Because of the massive amount of orders they received, it took a bit longer to receive my saber than initially expected, but I am pleased with the results so far. Ultrasabers always replied to my emails within a timely manner, and thats great from a customer service perspective.
As Electrician I can see that its milled, but its very good milled. Those guys are pros in this Work.

I ordered my ultrasabers guardian on January 9th and received it on February 6th. I was originally concerned that because of inclement weather and the Super Bowl that I would not receive my lightsaber for sometime but when it showed up I was like a kid on Christmas. I immediately went in the house and did an unboxing review and got to hold my brand new combat Guardian saber. I am very pleased with the overall production of this hilt and very much would like to buy another one in the future. 1 issue I had with the saber is that there are quite a few unfinished edges that are quite Sharp and the finish on the pommel is easily removed with the swipe of a fingernail. Aside from that, the weight of it and sound quality is unmatched. The color is exactly what I hoped for, almost red but not full dark side. I wish the white flash on Clash was a little brighter and more dominant but it looks really cool all the same. I do like the fact that I can set where I want the LED to sit in the hilt by using the set screws and how deep I want my blade or blade plug to go. The only thing that I am missing and I wish I had purchased with the sabre is a covertec belt clip because it is extremely cumbersome to hold in a pocket or walk around with all the time because I am an avid believer of carrying a saber with me. I hope to purchase one soon. Thank you for all that you do and the quality products that you produce. On a side note, hopefully you would be able to tell me if you guys make a black light LED because I am a bouncer and it would be really cool to use my lightsaber to check IDs haha. Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
