I ordered 2 mystery box sabers for my sons birthday,
One for me and one for him. I dropped the extra money for overnight shipping because I figured there would be some processing delays. I waited for a week with no shipping response, so emailed to question about time frames. I had to email 4 times before I got a response. It got close to my sons birthday and I still had no idea when my sabers would arrive, so I emailed again, with no response. I finally resigned myself to the fact that they probably wouldnt be there on time and tried to contact the company about cancelling my order, still no response. The 2 phone numbers listed for contact are never answered. The final email I sent to request an order cancellation wasnt answered, and my order shipped with no response. The order arrived as placed, but the wait and headache werent worth the product I received. The Aeon V2 I got for my son is great. The sentinel v4 Lexi received has too much rattle in the battery sled to be an effective dueling saber. And significant impact causes the batteries to come dislodged. The led just floats in the body and the shroud and lens rattle constantly. I ordered 150 dollars worth of gear and received what I suppose is 150 worth of merchandise, but am not pleases with the customer service (or lack thereof) that I received. I most likely will not order again, unless I can determine it will be worth the headache again. 3 Star sabers, one star customer service.

I had no issues with my purchase of a Mystery Box, it arrived exactly when it was supposed to after the processing time and everything functions as advertised
Took over a month after ordering. I had to email a number of times to get info on the order. Then my delivery was delayed 3 Days (thanks USPS). Finally get the saber and I'm completely disappointed by what I received. A lot of dings and scratches on the blade. A couple of scuffs on the hilt but the worst of all is the damn rattling inside the hilt. I tried convincing myself it was worth the wait but I'm already regretting this purchase. Overall I'm really disappointed with the saber. I'll try SaberForge next time.
I got my Saber shipped in 3 days overseas. And i'm very Happy with it. At the first day i destroyed my a lightbulb. But it was worth it.
Manufacturing quality is impressive. Light intensity is super bright but is much enhanced in lower light. Entry sound card performs as expected, room size makes a difference with sound intensity. We were in a very large room which prevented better performance. The 40 in the retirement were shocked when initially drawn and really enjoyed the sabers presentation. Recipient has a X/500 numbered Darth Vader Helment for display in his library. This light saber is now on proud display I. Front of helment and served excellent for this individuals retirement. Delivery was ahead of schedule and greatly assisted in reducing my anxiety of not having gift at the ceremony. Thanks to UltraSaber staff for the quality and speed.

I ordered an Archon V3 from Ultrasabers and I could not be happier with the final product.
It was a little bit stressful to not know what the possible shipping times were, but I figured it would take a fair bit of time to make the item.
All in all, I am INCREDIBLY happy with my experience here, and I will definitely be choosing Ultrasabers again.

It's hard to write a review for a company that has such polar opposite aspects. On the one hand- I really do love my new sabers. They are exactly what I wanted, and the quality exceeds my expectations. With that being said, the customer service experience was terrible. I knew when I ordered that it would be a bit of a wait, because of the recent movie release; however, I was not prepared for the poor business ethics. I had an error with my order that I caught before it shipped, but when I tried to contact someone (anyone) from the company nobody replied for over a week. What's worse is that when I finally did receive a response it was crass, rude, and snippy. The phone calls don't get answered (let alone returned) and the staff was only friendly after I complained on social media outlets. If genuine customer service is important to you, then this company is not worth the product they push.
The product is awesome but it took almost a month to get and if I didn't email you trying to figure out what was taking so long I'm not sure I would even have it yet. When you are being l behind on your orders you should al at least send an email letting the customer know about it. Other than that I'm extremely satisfied with the saber
I am over the moon with my Ultrasaber. Its everything I asked for and more. I cant express in words just how much I love this thing. Well worth the purchase and Im definitely going to purchase another...
Parts made by hand with great quality. Nobody else in the industry takes the time to machine each and every part.
Delivery is a little slow but the product is worth the wait.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
