Was charge a total of $56.49 Absolutely ridiculous shipping fee. Paid $37 initially. Was dinged another $19.49 when delivered.
Took a little bit to ship out because of the recent release of the movie I guess that had a lot of orders. Once I got it though I was pretty excited. One slight thing was i ordered fire orange as my FOC for my Violet Amethyst sabre and it came with Silver FOC instead. I'm not mad though it looks great and I was really worried how the orange and purple would look. I got a staff with a quick disconnect coupler which is a MUST if you want to switch between dual wield and staff.
My son purchased an ultra saber with his birthday money. He was so happy when it arrived! It is very cool!

My saber came today and it looks awesome. There is no other word. Even though it took a little longer before it arrived, I'd say it was worth the wait.
Considering the many and varied choices available when ordering a lightsaber, I found the website easy to navigate and appreciated the links to videos which clarified the options. The ordering process was also easy. The wait time for the order wasn't overly long and the package was well wrapped - everything arrived in excellent condition.
I placed 2 orders (1/6 & 1/12) got the 1/12 one on 2/10 and have yet to receive the one I ordered 1/6. I don't mind waiting but if I had gotten an email saying that they were delayed that would have been great. Otherwise, completely satisfied with what I've gotten so far.
Saber turned out perfect!
The parts in my saber held up for about a year until the plastic battery holder appeared to be cracked. Don't know why they have to put in fragile parts, so I had to order a replacement and the order was delayed about a month. I won't be buying from these guys again.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
