I could not pay for the lightsaber that I really wanted to because you can't use two payment methods, I have two gift cards and one had $50 and the other had $100 but i could not use both of them to buy the one I want, It would be great if you could send me Guardian Blue on the Mystery Box lightsaber. Shipping should be free. Took 4 emails and over a week to get any kind of response. Took almost a month to receive my order. These are the reasons for the ratings I gave. The product itself is fantastic.

I am overall very pleased to have received my saber. I had this order combined with another order for a shorter blade and both shipped together. They gave me a coupon code for the savings on the shipping charge to use towards a future order. (Great customer service.) But I actually got an order I placed the day after this order a week earlier. Don't know if either order would have shipped out unless I had to contact customer service. However, once I did I got answers and was very pleased with the service I was provided.
I'll definitely order again but I wish I would've known that the processing was gonna be longer than 2 weeks ahead of time.

There was a reason for the late delivery time, and i understand, but i didnt get customer service feedback until like 2 weeks later, but I love my saber, and i will be getting another soon!
The whole website is easy to navigate, a lot of great reviews from different source and review videos. Me and my friend are super stoked to get our 1st sabers. Really looking forward to sparring!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
