I love the build quality and craftmanship. The customer service is excellent, as I had to change a few things about my order after I had already ordered, and they happily obliged. I got my saber exactly the way I wanted it!
I received my lighstaber in the mail today and absolutely love it! The only negative I have is how long it took for me to get my saber. It took almost 3 full weeks to arrive. I wasn't expecting a wait that long. The saber was well worth the wait though. Very pleased!
I had a good experience with this company. They sent out what I ordered and responded back to my inquiry when I emailed. The products work great ready to go when I got them, my daughter and I really like them. If they had a customer service rep answering phone calls I bet they would get a ton more orders though and grow much faster. A custom product takes time to manufacture and to ship out, people need to stop freaking out because it took 3 weeks to ship out or a little more. It's not like this product is medicine that will cure an illness and is needed asap. Society has gotten to the point that everything is needed asap and right away otherwise it isn't good. That's wrong. Good things come to those who wait. If you need something earlier order it in advance.
There were delays in getting shipment but we understand there was a backlog after the holidays so we patiently waited. It was worth the wait! My teenage son was overjoyed to get his saber. It is everything he imagined and more. Thank you!
Although it took longer than indicated I was happy with the product until one week later it stopped working. An email has been sent to customer service. It was not used for sparring, there is no water damage, and it was not abused. The LEDs stopped worked, the sound stopped, and it doesn't turn on off. I recharged the batteries and it still had the same issue.
I'm excited! Hope I get a good saber with sound! Very hard to contact for updated info on my order. But when it did get to me I am very satisfied with product. Have already ordered another mystery saber.
The lightsaber we ordered came exactly as requested. My only complaint would be they hadn't updated their lead time earlier. Had the lead time been updated I would have ordered earlier in order for my husband to receive the lightsaber on his actual birthday. I did not want the box to get to our house too early because they have it set up that you need to ship to your bill to address for orders over a certain price point which is understandable. Due to this policy I waited to order to make sure the saber would arrive the week of my husband's birthday, however, since they didn't update their lead times on their website it took an extra few days making the present be late.
It's a very small complaint. Otherwise they have great customer service, answering e-mails rather promptly, and the quality of the saber is amazing!
Good quality sabers but I ordered 2 mystery boxes, and I got 2 of the same kind. They were both one of the cheap simpler models. That was disappointing but they are still good.
Fabrication took a while, 19 days, because of the holidays and new star wars movie, but the wait was worth it!
OK, I'm very happy with my saber. Plain and simple - AND - I will be ordering another. HOWEVER. There's barely any communication between company and buyer. I had to reach out to find out where my order was - while, I understand the sudden influx of orders due to the latest movie release, maybe a customer communication email could have been sent to let us know that there's going to be a longer waiting period. There are only TWO statuses on the website for orders. Either "processing" or "shippped". What about a "delayed", or "fabricating", or some other form of status updates to let the end user know what's happening as a courtesy...? The other problem I had was not their fault. It was the US Postal Service. It was on the site (tracking) that my order would be here on a Friday - but that time came and went, and I didn't receive it until the following Monday. I ordered a pommel a few days AFTER I ordered my saber, and it got here BEFORE the saber... WITH a lower priced/slower shipping option... Incidentally, they could have just stuck it in the same box as it was going to the same destination with only a 24 hour time difference. That really would have been acceptable.
Son is happy with the saber so I guess that is what matters the most. Long shipping delays... they need to update their website to disclose the fact and not reply to an email saying 3-5 more business days when they know it's going to be longer. Don't promise what you can't deliver. Everyone would be much happier with you guys if you under promised and over delivered... not the other way around. Would have been nice after such a long wait and missed shipped times if he had gotten any kind of an upgrade. Don't guess you will send me the wrench you left out?

I've ordered from them twice now the first time was fantastic, it came within a week and surprised me. Not this time, I had to email them because as far as I can tell they forgot about me. Now I don't want to sound like a whiner but I was counting on their prompt service and they screwed me over. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
