So, I ordered a Dark initiate v. 4 and I LOVE IT! The blsde csme as a violet amethyst and was a stunt saber with no sound as I requested it to be. Now, the only issues were the waiting time (two days shy of an exact month... but it ws worth the wait. I'm having so much fun with it.) and the round tip. I asked for a pointed tip. On the other hand, I e-mailed them and they made three incredibly generous offers to handle the solution which I took them up on and I will be getting an extra blade! I'm very pleased with My saber and deciding to save up for another in due time. 5/5 stars.

The site layout was very simple and easy to use. Customizing purchase is made very easy with the drop down windows for the options.
I placed my order and it arrived roughly a month later. I am very satisfied with the product itself despite the long processing time of ultrasabers. This delay is understandable considering my order was placed around two weeks after the release of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and there were probably an extremely large amount of orders placed in that time.
Overall I love the Saber I received. Definitely would recommend.
The wait was ridiculous but worth it
The only thing I had a problem with was an estimated shipping date email or some kind of assurance that it wasn't a scam. I emailed asking why I didn't get a confirmation but it was never answered.
I think an estimated shipping date would help people feel more secure about the purchase.
Feels good to hold. Color is bright! May add sound to it in the future. Nice quality. Lightweight and easy to maneuver.

Things went a little slow getting the saber, just a few days short of a full months wait, but that is to be expected when you place an order during the peak ordering season.
Saber is sturdy and shines nice and bright, the hilt is quite long but it works nicely for 1 or 2 hand because of the choke points.
Customer service was helpful and answered all my questions swiftly and to the best of their abilities.
I will surely be placing an order for another mystery box in the near future!
Bought a $75 mystery box at a time when they admitted they were pretty backlogged on orders. After waiting a month I emailed them to ask about the status of my order and by chance (or not) it shipped that night. It arrived just a few days later and I couldn't be happier! The quality of the hilt is fantastic and with the blade inserted it's perfectly balanced. Didn't get lucky enough to get a sound card but that's okay, I plan on ordering a custom one eventually. Ultrasabers has my business.

You dont realize how amazingly real the saber youre about to buy is until its in your hands. The Manticore CE is not only an awesome piece of industrial art, its a fantastic lightsaber!
I would rate it a 4 if it didn't take so long. I waited for a whole month to revive my saber and I paid $20 for shipping.
Sabers took a while to arrive due to holiday back up but other than that a great experience!
I absolutely love my light saber! It is a little lighter than expected (in a very good way) and comfortable to swing around for a long while. It took a little longer to get here than was stated and it would be nice to receive occasional updates. The total silence after spending a good chunk of money was unnerving, but once I contacted them, they stayed in touch. I am very happy and highly recommend these sabers!
Orders two $75 Mystery Boxes. Very happy with the quick order processing and the light sabers too. Received two Sentinel V4's. One dark Guardian Blue and one silver in Fire Orange. Beautiful!
Besides it taking forever to get, the product was good. Just wish the led wouldn't shake around in the saber. My saber has no sound so I hear the shaking of the LED.
