The whole process did take some time, but they are swamped with orders so i understand. Customer service was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and got me updated on my purchase. The $75 mystery box is what I ordered and I got much more than what i bargained for! The saber had sound and was excellent. The packaging is elite and there was no damage at all to anything. It came with batteries that were ready to use, and they didn't miss anything about the order. I am extremely impressed. I recommend this saber over any other saber.

I got the mystery box for $75.00. I got exactly my moneys worth. Just the base model, but its nice and thats the gamble you take with the mystery box.
Love the sounds and lights, the hilt is beautifully made my only issue is I was given windows in the emiter when I was just after the standard no windows but either way very impressed with shipping times and customer service

Overall really good. Once it was shipped it only took a few days to get here, but it did take a while to get shipped out. Really happy with my sabers!
Buying my first lightsaber was an ultimate step of becoming part of the Star Wars universe, and I'm so glad I went with Ultra Sabers. When it arrived at the beginning of this month, it was everything I imagined it to be. The selection is wonderful and the customizations they offer really make your lightsaber yours. I'd reccomend Ultra Sabers to anyone who's interested in custom, authentic lightsabers.
I read where ultra savers only to about a week or 2 to ship and deliver their sabers but it took 25 days just to ship.

January 15th 2018 I purchased the Diamond black Scorpion without the claw. I was worried with the claw I would injure my son while dueling. The quality is very nice and am pleased with the detail and the blade handles pretty good hits from my son. My son is using a saber we picked up from Disneyland in Cali and takes some good hits from the US. I do plan on purchasing him a saber from Ultra Sabers in the future. Just not sure he will get a $500 saber to start. I also plan on a purchase or two more from me. Thanks Again
