Due to corona, my lightsaber was delayed probably twice as long as they say it's supposed to ship. Other than that, excellent product, excellent experience.
Already ordered another saber!
I understand everything is taking a lot longer for everybody right now, but they could stand to hire a few more people to get stuff out the door in a more timely fashion.
A bit of a delivery delay due to the Coronavirus crisis, which is perfectly understandable. The sabers themselves are fantastic. Good attention to detail! Will definitely buy a couple more now that I see the quality on even the less expensive sabers.

It took two months to receive my order, I sent 2 email inquiries with no replies, and my order was fulfilled incorrectly with missing items. I emailed again finally hoping for a response.
When you order from ultrasabers you get more than you expect. When I ordered my first light saber back in December there was a major delay due to backlog with the new movie, games, etc. As long as you're very patient you'll get some of the best high quality light sabers on the market.

On a side note reducing your hilt diameter to 1.125 inches would greatly enhance their handling.
It was very late, and the estimate times were inaccurate
I ordered the Guardian with an Emerald v4 sound board. My shipment arrived within three weeks. The saber has even more features than documented. I'll have to figure out all the options and functions.
