This is my 2nd lightsaber mystery box.
No sound or anything in 1st one so hope I get sound this time. But no sound again.
Theses guys are great.
Im never one to complain, but this is too much. Saber came in almost a month late. When i finally got it, the saber hilt was all scraped up and it didn't come with the retention screw wrench like it was supposed to.
The first saber I order from your website... well its amazin, awesome, beautiful... I mean it's really good quality, the sound and light are amazing. Besides the customer service is really good, they always anser you:)

Ordered an Ultrasaber to use in Star Wars: Lost Horizons fan film (currently in production). Looks fantastic as an accessory to the actor's costume! Very high quality construction. Handle is machined steel. More than just satisfied!

I purchased the $75 grab bag saber to make sure I got the saber length I wanted, knowing full well I would most likely not get one with sound. However, I ended up with a previous version of the scorpion guard saber with premium sound!?! WHAAAAT?! I was thrilled and it is awesome. Even if it did not have sound that hilt itself exceeded my expectations with its craftsmanship. I highly recommend getting a saber from the site, great quality.
When I send an e-mail to them they are very responsive as fast as they could. When I receive the packaging is well pack by the bubble warp and the box.
Solid lightsaber with a bright LED! Was most interested in quick uncoupler for staff configuration and this connector has exceeded my expectations!
My husband loved his life sabber and I will be purchasing again in the future, but it took 3 and a half weeks to come in. So it wasn't in on time for Valentine's Day which was why I ordered it 2 weeks in advance. But other then that it was good. Will just have to order a month in advance of the next holiday.
My experience with Ultrasabers has been very pleasant. When I had questions regarding my order, the customer service representative got back to me in a timely manner and was very helpful. My only negative experience was that my order got delayed during transit, and that is not something Ultrasaber could have controlled.

I received an unbelievable mystery box I was sent the Raven SS edition.
So a side note I bought the mystery box for saber class hoping to get a really nice stunt saber.
But the coolest thing is, I was looking to buy the Raven or the scorpion saber with the soundboard and Diamond driver once I finished with my classes!,!
So thank you much the amazing upgrade

Postal service delivered 3 days past due date...and next holiday season please be better prepared for orders...it took almost 2 months to receive my order.
Bought a mystery box saber and got aeon v4. It's my first saber ever and I'm very happy with it. Hopefully in the future I'll be able to get one with sounds.
