Ultrasabers was great to work with. The movie release and Christmas holidays crushed them. The saber I ordered what out of stock, and they had given me the option of choosing another saber of similar price, or waiting for the one that I ordered. I chose the latter. To my surprise the saber came back in stock sooner than I had anticipated. You have to remember that this is a small company, and if you order while one of the movie's is out, particularly one of the "saga" movies, and close to Christmas, you might have to wait longer than you thought. It is best to plan ahead when ordering such a specialty product. My Guardian with nickel finish and Diamond controller is simply beautiful. The quality is amazing. And the flexibility that the Diamond controller allows is awesome. There is so much you can program and change on the fly. I am very happy with my purchase. And I won a free "grab bag" saber in the Christmas raffle, too!
I would totally buy from you again the sabers are awesome! They came in in a timely manner and they work perfectly.
The saber was fantastic, I love the sleek but deadly design.the blade color wasn't what I was expecting but I love it anyway.

My saber was shipped within the stated time frame, arrived in perfect shape/secure packaging. I ordered the mystery box and am super pleased with what I got. Great quality saber. Can't wait to order another one.

I really like ultrasabers molds and their quality is really good, but my saber took over a month to get here. That may or may not affect my future purchases of lightsabers. Just fix the shipping issue for next time and youve got five stars.
Disappointed with delayed delivery but very happy with the product
First I want to say that I ordered at the wrong time being after Christmas and the release of The Last Jedi and it took a month to get to me. But that aside, the customer service was great and the product is high quality. Will order again. This time in a slower time of the year.
