First order with ultrasabers so far so good.
I got the package fairly quick ONCE it was sent out. Most of the wait must've been in the assembly, because my order status was "processing" for 2weeks. This is where communication would be great, and not just a general reply. Having said that the saber is great I'm having lots of fun. Now that I know what to expect I'll be ordering again
Love the product, but when I ordered it said 8-10 day lead time and it took about a month to get here.

Very structured
Being a first time buyer, it did take longer than expected to receive my lightsaber, but I was not disappointed with the saber itself. Doing a $75 Random box, I knew that I may not receive the top tier items available, but I did receive a nice, solid hilt and an orange colored light, with a blade fit for heavy dueling. I do plan on ordering another lightsaber with this company in the future, and hopefully the delivery time will be quicker.
I ordered my ultra saber on 1/25/18 and got it on 2/23/18 which is better than I thought! When I had questions they got back as soon as they could and it came in such perfect condition the save is amazing everything I asked for and just all around perfect! Im definitely buying from ultra saber again!

This is by far the best thing I have ever had. I love my lightsaber so much! I got the color I wanted and the hilt is amazing. My friend is getting one after seeing mine and we can't wait to duel.

I order the lightsaber as a gift to a client and I think he will love it. FYI, I received my item around three weeks after the order. It was mentioned that the delivery will take around three weeks. The product was great i. E. the light, sound effect and hilt was also well made. Although I will suggest to improve the packaging because it can be better. Based on this good experience, I will order again in the future. Thank you.
It takes a about a month to ship but it is fun and high quality it is worth the price. The blade will scuff but that is only if you are hitting the blade hard on other blades or objects. But the blade is very durable. I recommend the ultra edge heavy grade. You should also get the Tri leds because they are a lot brighter.
