Dual menace ce, nickel plated quick release coupler. Probably the best Darth Maul replica, combat ready, for the price point, that I dont have to build on my own. Yes, they take a few weeks to process orders, but these arent boiler- plate sabers. They are made to order and their catalog is quite large. Service was good considering their workload. I modified my order 5 or 6 times, since first having placed it. They got everything correct and did a good job of coordinating and incorporating changes on the fly, while still completing the order in about three weeks. No complaints here. I see a lot of hate in these reviews, but the haters should ask themselves which they prefer: a company that focuses on reassuring clients constantly via telephone, or a company that applies its resources toward meeting deadlines and getting orders right. As far as the technology goes, ultra sabers are the equivalent of an AK 47 in the combat saber world. A lot of what they have may not be the latest tech, but it is proven reliable, easy to understand, and easy to maintain, and effective. That is exactly what I was looking for. Way to go ultra sabers!

We almost waited for one month until our sabers arrived, a bit more than usual but we are happy anyway as they are amazing. Customer service was really good as they explained us why the delay. We are pretty sure that we will order more sabers in the future.

I am very pleased with the saber itself. So much so, that I ordered another for a friends birthday. But the customer service and time to complete my order was abysmal. Their own estimates of 5-8 days, and then 8-14 days when the initial time had expired, were way off and I received mine 24 days later. Most of my emails and one phone message were not answered or acknowledged. They may need to hire more staff or at least plan for temps in busy seasons.

I don't know of any other website out there "ultraforge" included, that will naturally give you the option of having BOTH a hilt (which also has lights coming from the barrel) AND a full lightsaber on the same purchase. Ultrasabers is the only one that let's you have both options with a simple swap. At other stores you have to buy a saber or an empty hilt, but even them it won't function as a hilt on its own (have electronics and lights inside when flicked on) it'll just be the empty casing and be just as expensive as a full saber. Ultrasabers gives you both included with any purchase. It's great
