I am very pleased with the quality of my saber. Ordered the stunt saber. I expect that it will hold up to some sparring as durable as it is. I am excited to fully try it out soon.

I contacted one representative for information on getting saber repair and waited for 2 weeks. Never got a response. Contacted a different person and got a response the next day.
A return to previous while looking at checkout/shipping options would be nice.
While the wait seemed long it was within the stated lead time from when I ordered.

Very happy with my grab bag purchase. Very nice quality for such a low price. Took a month to receive order, though. Not a huge deal. Won't prevent me from further purchases and I understand each product has to be handled on a per order basis, but I wouldn't have paid for 2 day shipping if I knew it was going to be a month long wait. Otherwise, really happy with my overall experience and will definitely recommend, as well as make future purchases. Thanks!
Overall a good experience. Maybe too many extras that was needed to be added to get a good sabre. The price of the hilt was not even half of the final price which was a bit misleading.

I stated before that the sabers I received were supreme quality and made me feel like a Jedi (actually a Sith). The biggest reason I will be shopping at Ultra Sabers in the future will be because of the customer service. Ultra Sabers has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I paid for the $75 mystery box and they delivered, nice qualty hilt and blade. It's not my first chois for the handle but for $75 i cant complain about it. I would recommend if you dont mind the chance of getting one without sound
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
