I ordered 2 sabers and I accidentally ordered a longer blade. I contacted them to change the blade length. 4 emails and 5 Facebook messages later my order arrived, unaltered. This is a great product but the service was severely lacking which has put me off. I will have to think very carefully before I order again, if I do.

The ultrasaber is very quality and this one with sound driver is the best ever :) but unfortunately need to wait a bit. Production time and delivery time is exactly given on web page, that is ok.
I was very pleased with my first purchase. The hilt has a good weight to it and feels incredibly well made. I have already made another purchase.
I love the work and the blade however I ordered no windows on the emitter and they came with windows I also ordered the clip and wrench to detach the blade as well as the cover and my order doesn't even have those pieces
