The mystery sabers I purchased are great. They just took a litter while to ship. It might be due to back orders but besides that I loved everything else about ultrasabers.
It took way longer than anticipated because they were bck up on their irders. This is all fine and understandable but their should have been a disclaimer on their website to let people know that they were behind. Still there personnel were wonderful and worked on getting our order out as quickly as possible being that we were moving soon and didn't want order lost.
Customer service was very helpful and got my order sorted out, I had to send my saber in to get fixed and they did fairly quickly and even gave me a small discount
I've bought 2 sabers from their Website and im really happy with it! Always wanted a realistic lightsaber and finally got them. Not my last ones for sure! :)
Third purchase from Ultra Sabers. Got the mystery box, ended up with a Dark Standard Issue in Consular Green! Color is amazing, hilt looks fantastic! Fast shipping, looking forward to my next purchase!

Arrived within 48 hours from Texas to Belgium. No extra export costs so that was a relief. Great quality shines bright even in a lit room. Batteries included :). Fast shipment. Great customer service.
Saber exactly what I ordered, arrived in excellent condition. It took them about a month to get the saber out--I can understand them being swamped with orders, the saber is awesome, and they must have a lot of people clambering to buy one. Seeing the "Why wait for weeks to order a saber from Xxxx" ads popping up in my browser was a bit of a slap in the face during my wait. The wait did dampen my enthusiasm for the saber somewhat. You DEFINITELY get what you pay for--an excellent saber--but you may have to wait a while for it... hence the "average" rating. I bought a second saber from them, which is currently in transit, and it was sent out much more quickly than the first I ordered :)
I had heard that the service surrounding the delivery process was bad, but after 1-2 emails to the corresponding person I was full aware of how long my Lightsaber was going to be and they apologised for any inconvenience caused... Which there was none! Happy with the product, happy with the fact it's exactly how I imagined it to be! Thank you guys and gals over at Ultra Sabers
Had some issues with FedEx damaging my product so I needed to send it back to get replaced. Customer service rep was very polite and fast at responding to emails. However, when I received my replacement, a major piece was missing so that needed to be sent out separately a week later which further delayed me receiving my final product. It took over a month to finally receive what I originally purchased without any problems. Other than that, my experience was good with this company.
The delivery was longer than i thought
They promised 8-14 business days for shipping. It took 18 business days. Lame! I tried to track it but got an automatic reply saying we are sorry orders are delayed
