The rates to actually pull a decent saber that is worth something are absolute trash, they are just trying to make you pay more for a garbage saber. Not only that, but they forgot to add in my retention screw! Also, when i found out that i had to pay extra for shipping taxes, i was livid. They should at least consider mentioning the possibility of a VAT tax. Not happy and probably wont ever purchase again.
Not the best, but good shop. Shipment was really long and also it took near 1 Month before my Lightsaber was shipped. But I satisfied with my purchase!

Very good product, the only thing that created a little issue was the shipping delay, ulytasaber was very occupied with last commands from christmas and had about one week late, nothing very important compared to the good quality.

My saber came late and I ended up having to pay extra to ship internationally after leaving the US with no compensation at all. Very disappointed, especially since these aspects were highly rated. However, the saber that came was very nice.
Took forever to ship with zero communication from the seller. Got two scripted emails in response to mine and never received shipping notification. It just randomly showed up on my doorstep.
I was completely blown away by the quality of my ultrasaber. I wish it had not been delayed but that wasnt Ultrasaber's fault

Good so far... this is my second order from Ultrasabers. I've been very pleased with the products, both in quality and delivery. There was a delay during which I contacted ultrasabers. I hope that they get their schedules back on track soon otherwise I had an excellent experience.
I love it! I do wish the amethyst color was more bold, but it may not be because I chose a flash on clash. Really wish the light traveled up when turned on, and down when off for a full effect, but over all it's good!

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
