I love the sabers! The quality of the blade. The intense brightness of the color. The craftsmanship of the handle. And even if I have basic Lite sound, it's still sounds better than the Star Wars FX lightsabers.
First time shopping for a lightsaber. It was very easy and clear what options to choose. The hilt, blade, pommel, soundboards and batteries. Nice guide videos. My lightsaber is working fine! Thnx!
The guys there are trying their best to help, but I think they could be more efficient on replying enquiries. But overall it was a happy experience.
Saber blade has less than2mm give in any direction from the hilt, but I can always just tighten that later I think
Ordered 3 mystery box sabers in 2 orders. All 3 were stunt sabers of the lowest cost point. Deal was as advertised, but doubt I will order from Ultrasabers again.

The product was fine. But they failed to mention that when I ordered it was gonna take a month or two for them. If your gonna buy one go get a saberforge. Better service and better products.

Had no issues with my original order, it arrived and worked perfectly for over a year. The batteries inside the pack exploded, I suspect due to cargo-cabin pressure when I moved and took the saber with me in my luggage on a plane, and I sent it out for repairs. Initially it looked like the saber was lost and I was very frantic about it. I heard nothing back for almost three weeks and I was worried that it had been lost in the mail on its way to the manufacturers. I emailed someone in customer service and they said they hadn't seen it. About a week later someone from the repair section emailed to say my repairs had been completed, so apparently it had been there the whole time and the departments hadn't been in communication with one another. Not a problem in the end, but still a pretty stressful time. They knocked five bucks off the repair cost so that was nice. Still, when I got the saber back, despite being in great working condition again, I noticed that the base is very scratched up on the bottom and that there is a dent and subsequent paint chip at the very top of the emitter which was not there when it was sent out. Maybe it got damaged on the way over, I don't know, but I was sad to get it back working fine again, but with damage to the exterior. Still everyone is very nice there at ultrasabers.
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
