Customer service was excellent! This was my first purchase from Ultrasabers as a present for my son. The Dark Initiate LE v4 I originally ordered went on back order after my order was placed. Ultrasabers worked with me to deliver a Dominix LE v4 instead, and they were able to deliver it within 12 days from when my original order was placed.
Came as good or even better than I had expected. It makes for a fantastic collectible with an authentic appeal. Good detail and surprisingly fast shipping

Another fine saber -- Everyone ends up being astounding value for what we pay, even the ones that had issues, Ive ordered 10 now. And only 3 had issues 2 were damage in shipping sooo. They don't really count - they immediately took care of my problem and made it right with no hesitation.
Got the $75 mystery box. Love my saber! The only problem I have with it, and its minor at best, is i wish it was a red blade
I love my hilt and I think it's a great product,
I got the graflex ce and have to say that for a price of 350$, there could be more time spend on mechanical issues like deburring all milled surfaces or the movement detection could be more sensitive.
But all in all it looks great and brings you a bit further to your childhood heroes.
No issue with the order or time, product quality was great too, I would recommend you in the future.

I did a little of my own weathering. Don't get me wrong the hilt was beautiful when I got it but for it being a weapon from a long time ago in a galaxy far far away it was to pristine!
I didn't get a sound saber, but I knew that chance wouldn't disappoint me. The force has chosen me to be a Gray, and I hope to embrace it with some sound and led upgrades soon. It feels awesome, and the craftsmanship is really nice.
