I was actually shocked how good the lightsaber is. I received it a week after the order which I thought was fast, So I was a bit hesitant to open it. In the end everything that was promised, was delivered in prime condition.

The lightsaber is amazing, from the hilt to the sounds, and oddly my kittens love it too. The only disappointment is they forgot to include the wrench, but will be sending that soon after I emailed them about it.

It's very good customer service

The saber came in good condition execpt the blade part. The filment in the blade started to come out making it impossible to put back in the tube. Had to order new blades. The hilts itself was in good condition.

Its amazing and durable. Everything that could have hoped for and we have already dueled with them. We now have 3. They could not be better
