Ultrasabers always deliver a quality product. While I was a little concerned my order had gotten lost while everything was migrating to the new website, I needn't have worried. My parcel arrived right on time, and I am once again very satisfied.
Quality is nice and Shipping was pretty fast for oversea shipping.
Despite living in Australia, my saber was delivered to me without fuss one day before the expected delivery date. The shipping was expensive but, oddly, the FedEx economy rate was actually cheaper than the USPS one - and quicker! I had the saber within a week, carefully packaged to protect it; the odd shape and not inconsiderable weight, not to mention safe and expeditious delivery, are what you're paying for in shipping.
Very happy with Ultrasabers (this was my second saber from them) and would highly recommend them to any other lightsaber enthusiasts out there, regardless of where you live.
The customer service is excellent. All of my questions were given polite and helpful answers. My saber arrived very quickly and without any noticeable damages or machining errors.
The estimated lead time on my order was 8-14 days, I received the order six days after placing it, we'll before I expected. Everything was safely packaged, so even though the box had clearly seenot some abuse, everything was in perfect condition.
I cannot overstate how satisfied I am with or transaction and will definitely shop with Ultrasabers again.

Good place to get sabers on a budget. Customer service very hit or miss
Saber came super quick and was packed nicely. I wasn't too thrilled that I paid $75 for the mystery box and got a saber worth $65 but guess that's why it's a mystery. Also there were loose pieces (don't know if that's intentional) falling out from the emitter side. But everything that needs to work does work great.
Quick delivery and good quality
I bought an initiate V2 for my brother and a dark initiate V2 for myself. At first, I got a notification from FedEx that they would arrive on May 4th, then the next day I got another saying they'd arrive on the 5th. They did eventually arrive on the 5th. I thought they'd have to be assembled and need batteries, but they were ready to go out of the box with very solid construction. When my nephews are older, I may come back here to buy them each one for Christmas or their birthdays.
I expected a little more quality of the lightsaber for the price but over all i really enjoy it. I havent fully gotten to duel with it yet and i look forward to when im able to. I plan to do business with ultra sabers in the future when i find good pricings. :)
