Yesterday i received my saber, opened the package and found the saber already damaged, with scratches on it. Sent immediatly an e-mail with photos to prove it and waiting for an answer.
Without those scratches the saber would have been perfect.

Im really glad I chose to purchase my first lightsaber with Ultrasabers. The craftsmanship was beautiful and sound effects was entertaining. Im hoping that their customer service is as good as people say if I run into any problems. Definitely will purchase another one in the near future.

The saber I received was not quite the same quality of workmanship as some of my others I've gotten from them, but it was a rush job and despite being out of stock when I ordered it, it still got to my house in 11 days. Still a very decent saber. Customer service was excellent in accommodating requests, answering questions, helping me with my order, and keeping me updated.

I ordered the Grab Bag Saber with the following options, Random hilt, stunt saber, random color, 36 heavy grade round blade with round tip.
So heres what I got. Dark Apprentice LE v4 Hilt, w/ windowed emitter, Fire Orange 36 round blade w/ round tip. I was totally surprised by the superior quality and detailed workmanship of the hilt and absolutely loved it right outta the box. It is very comfortable and easy to handle. The blade to hilt weight ratios are flawlessly balanced. I am partial to blues and greens so at first I wasnt sure I would like the fire orange color but after four days/nights of blade-slinging I love the color.
Im a stickler whos not easy to please. However after careful inspection, several hours of roughhousing with my new saber and reinspection I have concluded that Ive never been more pleased with any other product purchased online.
