I've ordered 3 products and won a raffle. I'm 4 lightsabers into my new hobby and, I intend to buy more with future sales. All my orders have arrived in excellent condition with all specifics as ordered. I am a very satisfied customer!
After ordering my saber the processing stage took 5 days (expected time: 2-4 days) and shipping took 3 days (expected time: 2-3 days). After receiving the saber I was very pleased to find that it was very well protected. The saber itself is breathtaking. 5/5 for product and service. 4/5 for shipping time. Thanks Ultrasabers!

Finally ordered my very own saber! Not only that, but I ordered during the spring raffle, and won a second saber!
Purchase was a Shock LE with Diamond, and a midgrade ultraedge blade, and out of the box, the gesture recognition was pretty good. Will adjust sensitivity on those later. Sound is loud enough to have gotten the attention of the entire office :).
Raffle prize was a Menace SE, and I upgraded to Emerald with Obsidian, and a heavy ultraedge, and was able to choose several other options that brought the price to about half of what it would have been had I bought it.
Very happy with the heft and balance, on both. Although, with the heavy blade, the balance shifts forward on the second saber.
The lightsaber purchased exceeded my expectations and has a premium feel when held and activated. The only suggestion I could provide that would enhance the customer experience, would be to include the list of features purchased for each customized lightsaber, rather than just an invoice number and amount. I'll look towards buying another saber in the future.
I had realized I had messed up my order after I confirmed my purchase but costumer service was very patient and helpful. Fixed my order right away and mailed it very quickly. Very happy with final product!

If the saber didint have bubble wrap the wife would of been upset that I got it. Very good distraction! Other than that I was blown away from the detail of the entire thing.
Color of sunrider's destiny is slightly off from pics on the website. Other than that, no complaints.
This is BY FAR the BEST saber you can get on the market! I was in total awe when I opened the box and saw my new scorpion, the quality and attention to detail are phenomenal! The whole ordering process was very simple and I loved that fact that I could customize it, I actually built my own saber just for me. I haven't gotten into heavy dueling yet so I got the standard grade blade at the 40' length and it's still incredibly durable. The color on this blade has superior brightness, looks just like the blue in the movies! Day or night the colors are flawless. If you or your loved ones are Star Wars fans ordering from Ultra Sabers is a MUST! I give 10 stars!

It was easy to order and the quickness of the order processing and shipping was outstanding. A+ all the way for Ultrasabers.
Always 100% satisfied with my purchases. I have recommended my friends multiple times. This is my 5th saber and I would not go anywhere else. There was a delay in shipping but that was Fedex's fault. Randomly when i checked the tracking it said that I had requested a delayed delivery but that wasn't the case. I was at home all that day. No big deal and the product more than makes up for it.
Received order promptly. Order was missing a part but contact to customer service quickly and professionally remedied this issue. Very pleased with the entire experience.
Im now waiting for my 9th saber from Ultrasabers and I've had nothing but great experiences with them, everything that I have recived has been perfect, their sabers are so awesome to hold, so very well made, just beautiful,,, can't wait for next one
