Processing took longer than we expected but delivery time was reasonable. When I contacted customer service to ask about ETD, I did not receive a response but got a FedEx tracking notice the next day. We are very happy with the product.
Easy to find want I wanted and compare options
Overall great lightsaber. Fast delivery tie. Would like more options to for longer hilts. The blade I received kinda shakes when I move my saber around which is annoying but it looks stable.

I ordered a few sabers from Ultrasabers, including the Reaper (Fire Orange) and Apprentice v4 staff (Arctic Blue, Violet / Amethyst). Both were equipped with Obsidian v4 soundboards. I am very impressed with the sabers and the colors look amazing. When I emailed about when my order would ship they gave me an accurate update on my order and were very quick in there response. The Obsidian Launcher program is easy to use and it is fun to be able to further customize your saber whenever you like.
