Easy to choose the options you want. Site has a good explanation for the different options. Very easy to order. I would like the 360 view to be expanded so you can see the hilt on different angles. The lightsaber came as described and is a lot of fun!

A few options could be more clearly explained
Ordered a light saber that was on back order and after over a month of waiting, I was able to upgrade that blade to a different one with no hassle.
It took awhile to figure it all out. The information was there, but I had to hunt for it. I still don't know what an LE is so that's $5.00 saved. I have now received my saber and I am very happy with it's appearance, quality, and handling. I give the saber five stars. I suggest that anyone wanting to purchase a saber should do their research first. The site doesn't explain everything that you need to know. You should talk to other people who are doing the same things with the saber that you want to do. For example, the length and grade of the blade that you need and the features you want.

While the sheer number of options available can be slightly daunting at first I find the amount of information makes the decision process much simpler if one is willing to take a bit of time to watch your tutorial videos or read. Keep up the good work, definitely one of the most straightforward but informative online shopping experiences I've had.
The website feels a little unnatural to navigate. When selecting blade colors for the grab bag, I would've loved to see a sample of all the colors linked somewhere. It took me a few minutes to scroll to find a video of the color I was considering. Luckily I liked it or I would've had to figure out what other color I wanted and I'm still not sure if there's a place that has pictures of all the colors. Also, trying to find more information about the products was really difficult. The descriptions weren't really descriptions, and I'm a person who loves to know all the information before I buy something. The product itself is amazing and wonderful quality! But I just wish the website was better
