Everything came in a timely fashion, even after adding things and upgrading my order. I also received lots of freebies during the smuggler sale, thank you ultrasabers for that. However as this is my 2nd order and I have spent over 2 grand on just Ultrasaber brand, I do have some complaints with this order. I was missing a retention screw on my one brood guard LE, also had a rattling noise inside the hilt, later a small silver ring fell out, so I hope that wasn't important. Lastly, my free mystery saber seemed like the led was loose like another customer has said. I also know it's random and so not there fault for this, but the free saber just seemed cheap, and a good reason to not bother with mystery boxes.

I purchased two sabers with sound for my son and myself, a Prophecy and an Apprentice, at Comicpalooza in Houston on May 27. The staff working the booth were very friendly and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about their sabers. My son tried a few out and they were super helpful in breaking down the options for our sabers. I'm very pleased with the quality of the hilts (including the neatly assembled electronics inside) and the durability of the heavy grade blades. We got exactly what we wanted and have been enjoying our sabers since!

I bought my saber at megacon 2018 and as much as I love it I do feel like had I been given more info at the time I might have made a slightly different choice. As knowledgeable as the people were about saber models and such they couldn't help me on basic info like taking care of my saber and how much to tighten the blade screw and such. Which was important to. E because this is my first saber. Overall I don't regret my purchase and the quality of saber is great, so at the end of the day I am happy with my purchase.
