Customer service was provided quickly when I had questions/problems with my lightsaber. All was resolved very quickly. The lightsaber is fantastic and my only gripe is that the tip of the saber isnt as seamless as Id like it to be. Otherwise, this is a great store for sabers.
Great products at a great price
Very satisfied with the whole experience. Got six sabers for my wedding party and can't wait to give them out. Had an issue with a hilt being out of stock but they contacted me promptly and resolved the issue.
This is an incredibly involved process and some of the options can get tedious and confusing, however it does feel like you are actually building a lightsaber and not just buying one.
It is a little bit difficult for a first time shopper to figure out what is best... I'm also not sure if i received the 270 points that was an option on the first cart screen. I tried to check the box, but it didn't work.
It was bad to start, but William corrected the issue and I will be purchasing more product from you again. If William had not stepped in however, this would have been a 1 experience. (I had spent over 2000 but was told I would only get 1 set.of promotions instead of 2 I thought I'd get because I made 1 order, not 2.)

Ordered the Menace with the Diamond Controller and I could not be happier. Fast shipping, amazing quality. Ultrasaber is the only Saber.
I ordered a Grab Bag saber to be able to choose a green one. When I received it I was very please with the look and feel of the weapon. I then used it and two other sabers I had recently bought and not yet used in full contact sparring before with some friends doing full contact. All of them held up very well and I thoroughly enjoyed myself and how amazing they looked at night. The only two downsides I found were how one of the blades became loose and flew out of the hilt so I don't like how when using them you have to tighten the blades several times. The other problem I had was due to the force and impact of the blades clashing, the bottom of the hilts where the batteries go started to come loose A TON and we had to tighten thought frequently. Though the bottom came loose and a blade came loose. The blade only got that loose once and the hilts were very easy to re-tighten. Altogether I think these are great products and enjoy using them very much.

I am very happy with the lightsaber that I received.
My overall experience was okay, there was an issue but it was emidiatly rectified. Even so I found that the issue itself just really brought my excitement level down once I actually got the product. Add that to the fact customs unwrapped my mystery saber so i could see what it was(that wasn't ultrasabers fault) I've bought ten sabers through the company 8 have been mystery boxes and while I understand it is chance it's kind of a let down to get the same sabers over and over either red or blue. I've gotten one green. Ultrasabers offered several colours but seems to primarily only give out red and blue with bottom teir hilts. I don't think I'll order another one again.
