Light didn't work, had to send it back for inspection. No confirmation about you received the item, or any type of communication on the progress of this issue. However previous rep I spoke over email was trying to be helpful... Hope this problem will be resolved soon
Site is fairly easy to navigate, and love the video's that explain the features as you are building the saber, well done.
Shame about the lack of communication as I both emailed and messaged on Facebook about 2 weeks ago and still have not had a response to either. I would have spent more now knowing the answer to my question upon receiving the item and reading the shipping information on the box.

I bought this saber as a thank you gift for the Youth Leader of an organization I support, as a thank you to them from a group of advisors. Overall I'm excited, as I think she will love the gift, excellent sound quality, perfect color for the blade, decently bright as well even with an Ultra Edge Mid Grade Blade. It will be presented to her latter this week and we all can't wait to see her face. Shipping was fast, which was a large part of what drew me to Ultrasabers vs other companies as I was on a deadline, and was thrilled to get it in time to build a presentation box for it. I will mention, for posterity, that there was cosmetic damage to the hilt right out of the box ( ie. Some of the gold paint/coating was chipped or rubbed off in a few small places, and there are some scratches/scuffs in a few spots along the hilt), which is frustrating and a large part of the reason I am reviewing this as a 3.
All in all, I'm hoping the recipient is as excited as well believe she will be, and can't wait to see her face later this week. Thanks Ultrasabers :)

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
