Was really hoping for sound because I can't afford it but that's how it goes I guess. And a different color than my first they were both green but I replaced one to red so that's cool now. Thanks still like them both.
When you first order your lightsaber, I'm sure most tend to immediately check when it will ship. The site tells you it'll take 3-5 business days, but they nearly never take that long and it's usually 1-3 business days. I ordered standard USPS shipping since I wasn't dying to get a saber right away, but it's taken 6+ days. As I'm writing this, my order hasn't arrived and tomorrow will be the 7th day.
The item ordered was almost perfect in all aspects except... The color, while deciding what saber I wanted I made many drafts and added them to my cart so once I decided Id just delete the ones I didnt want... I decided on the tri Guardian Blue with the silver hilt over all others, the other silver hilt option I chose was with the While blade and color disk, ultimately deciding against that. Well during the process of removing the other saber the wrong one was left. Admittedly my fault for not being more thorough. I was unaware of the mistake until I returned home excited to finally have my very own ultra saber. In my naivety I though this was a company that stood behind its products and wanted satisfied customers, I was wrong... I informed customer service who thought a cheeky comment on how the saber chose me, and offered to replace the led for a ridiculous $65 after I just spent $200+, or said that filter film was a better option and suggested that I look on forums for help. Needless to say very displeased with the way this was handled. I dont expect that Ill be a returning customer even though I wanted to get at minimum 3 more for my young sons.
The portal worked fine. Happy to be able to use Amazon pay.
