Everything was great, ESP the delivery which was shockingly fast, in my opinion. Only complaints, and the reason for 4-4 1/2 stars on the product itself is the delay with swinging noises, no matter how I tweaked the sliders and with no help from the walk-through videos on your site, let alone anyone on YouTube, as nowhere does it say EXACTLY what each slider does. That, and the clash effect is always too sensitive or not enough, especially when it randomly happens with swings, kinda lame. But overall I'm impressed and love it.

Ordered a Dark Sentinel V4 Staff, UltraEdge MidGrade blades, plus chargers and such. Everything was SPOT ON, except for the blades. Not the quality or type that I actually ordered. Immediate customer service was helpful, getting me in contact with after technical issues.

However, my rep began to inform me that I HAD in fact received the correct blades. (I can tell you for an absolute fact, no I did not.) In possibly an attempt at a Jedi Mind Trick (not a successful one) he tried telling me that it was just a different batch of polycarbonate tubing, even though the UltraEdge MidGrade I already have and the regular MidGrade I received are different thicknesses.

(In the pictures, the first two blades (left to right) are regular midgrade, the third is ultraedge midgrade, the last is heavy grade. I'm not crazy right?)

Tbh I don't care enough to dispute this over simply a few bucks difference, but still. Good sabers, not so good service behind the business.

I recently got Ultra Sabers' Initiate V4 in the mail, and I must say I'm impressed all in all. Its addicting to play with and i find myself turning it on and doing a few flourishes with it each and every time i walk by where i keep it. It also came surprisingly FAST in the mail. I can only assume its due to not getting the windows or the charging port, but regardless was VERY impressed with how fast i received it.

However, a few relatively minor complaints would be that the swinging sounds cannot keep up with my motions (I move faster then the blade, so to speak) and the clashing effects seem to be too sensitive or not sensitive enough, even after messing with the sliders quite a bit. Mind you, nowhere in the walk-through videos on their site, let alone even YouTube users' reviews, did it mention how to fix/tweak this "properly" (to fit my skill level/swing speed) and what each of the sliders ACTUALLY do, though I was able to figure out maybe 2-3 of them from their title alone.

Also, to be fair and in Ultra Sabers' possible defense, perhaps its the gesture sensors on the Emerald Sabers that are what i had hoped for in the cheaper saber I chose. I don't know of course as I only focused on what i was willing to spend at the time, especially on my first saber.

So before i begin to rant -wink wink- I'd have to say this is a great buy overall, and might end up getting a 2nd one down the road.
