Ordering was easy to understand and simple menus it easy to know I was getting the right items. Shipping was quick and my order was packed well and arrived intact on time. Always a pleasure to do business with the best saber manufacturer in the galaxy!
I ordered a saber because they were having a promotion on sabers that make sound. I forgot to put in the coupon code when I checked out. I immediately notified customer service and they would not let me apply the coupon after the fact. Yes, it was my fault, but COME ON. They offered to create a coupon to use "on a future purchase." I can assure you I won't be making any future purchases.
Overall experience was great. Placing my order was easy. Once item was made and shipped out shipping time was exactly what was expected. Item arrived in perfect condition. Placed the batteries in the saber and light it up with no issues.
The sabers are amazing quality and got to me in only 2 days, and not a bad price either. Definitely the best sabers and shipping ive5seen on the market. The reason it isnt 5 stars though is that the threading that was supposed to attach my sabers together didn't ship, but they're still amazing dual wielded.
My quick release coupler took too long considering that it was a lightsaber part which I assumed would take less time, other than that i have some faith in Ultrasabers that hopefully they'll get back on track despite the pandemic

Ordered two stunt sabers (new - not grab bag) and one looked used (scuffed and dirty). The switches were AV instead of guarded which was a nice surprise. Overall good.
Shipping was my biggest concern although I I'm not upset about it or anything. I got mine when the saber first came out so their were going to be delays. Some things were out of stock but that's to be suspected. But the product was really outstanding it's a beautiful peice and I couldn't be happier with it personally
I ordered mt Light saber for my Daughter on May 7... I realize the May 4th rush was huge after the Mandelorian came out. My first order somehow didn't include the shipping cost so I had to by 18 buck worth of credits to pay for shipping. The second order in June, I wanted a Violet Amethyst colored blade and put it into my configuration. When I placed the order I noticed the blade was still the standard red. I contacted customer service who helped initially, but later they dropped off the planet. A month later I got it straightened out (i think) and i'm waiting to see what they send.
This is my second order (technically third... i ordered a covertec belt clip) and now that i have the right expectations on time i have a lot more patience for my order. For reference, i ordered my new sabers on valentines day and im not expecting anything until at least april. And thats fine. Customer service will get back to you, eventually, and the build quality is great. A bit loud for my taste, but the obsidian board i got is able to be changed when i plug it into my computer. Software is pretty easy to use. Overall satisfied. Not sure if my coupon codes went through for the extra sabers i put in coupons for though. The price coupons went thru so im sure they did just wish there was something in the confirmation as well so i know what im getting for sure. Overall positive if you have patience.
I love my saber. It was exactly how I imagined it and it's a great price for what you get. My main issue unfortunately was the shipping speed and the overall customer service. I ordered my saber April 16, and it did not arrive until June 8th. I expected it to take a bit of time, especially with COVID-19, however my boyfriend (who lives in the same house as me) ordered a saber on May 4th and it arrived on the 11th.
I did receive an email stating there were issues with the customer service emails around the end of June. Hopefully this issue has resolved itself because I would still like to purchase more from them, I'll just be prepared for a longer wait.
Some overall improvements to the website's cashier/reception deck could be made. Like i.e the options for payment methods could be more refined design and orientation wise, but other than that it was good!

Listen. I won't deny, I am upset that it took a Paypal case file and almost two months to get my lightsaber and a response from customer service. I haven't even gotten my lightsaber from my May 8th order. However, I am very happy with the quality of the product. Despite what I have heard in other reviews, it is well made, light-weight, and the glow from the saber is top notch. The color of the orange is clear and I almost wish I got noise with the saber because it is a quality looking lightsaber. I feel like I have a Jedi lightsaber I can really fight with. I am excited to try it out. Shipping was quick and I will also say when I did get a response from customer service about my two orders, they were very accommodating and gave me an update about my order from May 8th and why it was back ordered. They also gave me options if I wanted to get my May 8th order faster. Overall, great product and I would recommend this saber for someone who wants a quality Jedi lightsaber, but their customer service and production time has still left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I am mostly understanding because of COVID, but they do need to work on those services.
I sent an email the day after placing the order and requested a shorter blade Wich I had thought I had already when placing the order but must have been mistaken so I sent numerous emails and even called several times and never received a response and when my order arrived I had the longer blade Wich I didn't want so if there is anyway to fix this oversight I would appreciate it

A bit hard to get ahold of when I first reached out. I didn't get a response from the website, but I did find someone to talk to on their Facebook page. Once I was in contact with someone it was easy. I needed a repair made to my battery pack, I sent in my piece and got it back about 3 weeks later. The person on facebook even reached out later to make sure everything got taken care of. I've had my saber for 2 years and I absolutely love it. If you ever see Ultrasabers at an event or con, I suggest hopping in line and getting one! Great for kids and adults.
I love it but the metal piece above the button came off but it feels good to wheeled there's a few scratches where the metal piece came off
Placed an order for two mystery sabers. Both were shipped out exactly two weeks from the order date. Pretty happy with the Sabres I recieved, one I absolutely love. The second one, having looked up price for the hilt and electronics, was valued at lower than the price I paid. While this is a little upsetting I suppose it's the risk involved in a mystery box. Having used the sabers in full contact dueling I can attest to their quality and durability. However some hilts are definitely of cheaper build than others. And one of them does have a problem with the pomell getting lose and ringing during sparring over time. Overall I recommend them.
These were my first sabers that Iv ever purchased, and i can say I was not disappointed. Very, very bright, especially at night, and the blades and hilts are extremely durable. The battery holder on the interior could maybe be a little more durable though, because after dropping the saber, the holder broke so the saber now longer receives power from the batteries. Overall, 7/10.
Good purchase experience. Very easy to customise the sabre the way you like. It would be nice to have bigger and more pictures of each type of sabre available
I was a little sad that I did not receive my order in time for Christmas. Ordered Dec 3, arrived Dec 31, but I do know that I didn't choose expedited shipping. My son was thrilled with his light saber. Loves the sound, especially. Thank you!

Tracking info was not provided very quickly, but it happened to arrive shortly after my nerves were starting to get unsettled. I got the shipping info within 2 weeks and it was at my door in 3 days.
Solid initiate (shorter- 24in) light saber, gave me a good idea of what kind of customizations I wanted to try next. Will be back for more. Hoping to add premium sound and possibly different buttons and switches.
