The overall experience was very good. I was able to customize my saber to my liking without any issues. The one thing I would mention, if you are looking to do any of the raffles that sometimes run, make sure you read the fine print on the website regarding how to enter and what you need to do. After entering the code at checkout I assumed, incorrectly, that my name would be automatically entered into the raffle. However you will need to first register on the saber forums and create a user name, which you would then add in the comment section of your order to be actually entered for the raffle.
Just a general comment: It is my opinion that the website is a little dated, being very heavy on text, which can, in some cases, make it difficult to find information.
Ordered the Dark Sentinel v. 4 saberstaff and received it within 5 days. Great customer service. Will definitely recommend to friends.
