It was awesome being able to order my sabers not knowing really anything but being able to have all of my questions answered right away. It might seem silly but the videos on the product pages explaining the different features is awesome. Hands down one of the best online ordering precesses around for anything!
The Sabers I received were in perfect order. I received them faster than expected, althought received a phone call the same morning, telling me to prepare cash for the TPS and TVQ (federal and provincial sales taxes). I scrambled to get the amount necessary -- in this day and age, who has more than 50$ in cash at home. When the delivery man arrived, he said it wasn't necessary to have the cash, that a check or credit card would have suffised.
As for the Sabers themselves, the learning curbe for the Diamond Software is incredibly steep and stressfull. Barely "user friendly". Fortunately, the Ultrasabers Customer Service staff is more than able to help. I only regret they only communicate through e-mail and that the chat window on their web-site is as easy to catch than a mosquito inside a school auditorium.
For the paying customers, I would suggest a reserved hotline, even for a limited time (the first three months), to help them get them through the Sabers functionalities or warranty. One would enter the order number as a PIN number, valid for N-months following the purchase. Considering the costs of the Sabers (especially the Diamond), that would be a grace instead of having to run through their forum.

FedEx did not bother to deliver my package and preferred keeping it in their local office. I had to go there to finally get it. Ultrasaber customer service was very helpful in updating me on whatever Fedex was doing.

My saber with obsidian lite sound reset the sound after a full contact and my other lightsaber, to be specific, Arbiter without sound. The arbiter feels like it wasn't sturdy enough because when I shaked it, it got sound inside the hilt. Like when you shake a jar to listen if there are some cookies left. But I think it would be fine. For now.
But the good thing is. The shipping is very fast and I love it.

Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
